FRAMINGHAM, Mass. --Global Technology Systems, Inc., exclusive manufacturer of Honeywell Batteries, Chargers, Cells and Mobile Power Solutions, announced today that Theo Grigoriou has been named President of GTS Electronics Europe, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Technology Systems.
Grigoriou most recently served as Managing Director of European Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Global, Grigoriou was formerly Executive Vice President of Honeywell Intellectual Properties International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Honeywell International, Inc. and Vice President of Licensing of Yet2.com. Honeywell Intellectual Properties International manages the commercialization of Honeywell’s IP assets including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how and proprietary data and technologies.

“Theo has been critical in our international expansion” said Larry Murray, Global’s Chairman and CEO. “Theo will continue to support our customers with new technologies and services and build on our strong reputation in Europe, Latin America and Asia. We are now in a much stronger position to develop international markets through our exclusive license for the worldwide sales and distribution of battery packs, chargers and battery related services for portable devices under the Honeywell Trademark.”
Grigoriou will also oversee business development of the rapidly growing international OEM battery and charger business. GTS Electronics Europe, Ltd. is based in Cork, Ireland with distribution and service capabilities in over 35 countries worldwide.
