Legacy Product Support

We specialize in assisting customers manage the low volume / high mix requirements of “legacy devices” in the field. We often find that the manufacturers well suited to high volume / low mix products are not well equipped to support OEM customers once the high volumes associated with a new product have peaked. The result is that OEM customers may have difficulty managing their inventory as they may need to wait to reach large minimum order quantities often resulting in either supply chain disruptions as they wait for sufficient orders to meet MOQ’s or carrying excess (perishable) inventory at significant expense.

Our team will work with you to actively manage your legacy device requirements to insure that your customers have the product they need, while allow you to focus on the newer devices that represent the growth for your business.
