The Innovation Award recognized new products and services introduced to the law enforcement market during 2008. Manufacturers submitted their newest and most innovative products for evaluation by a panel of independent judges of law enforcement professionals.
Winners in additional categories included General Dynamics and Taser International. Other contenders included Panasonic, Smith & Wesson, and Blackhawk.
